Leading the Way
Leading the Way is a Montana Educational Talent Search project designed to both celebrate our program alum and provide motivational narratives and support for current program participants. The goal of the project is to honor the rich history of the project and its members. METS respects that each journey is unique to the individual. The narratives represent just a small portion of the students who have allowed the program to be part of their educational journey.
The narratives vary from individuals just starting out on their post-high school futures, to individuals who have started to establish careers in his/her chosen fields. Thank you to all the individuals who participated in the initial collection of narratives, and we look forward to continuing to add more voices to the program.
Narratives are the views, thoughts, and opinions are those of individuals interviewed and do not necessarily reflect the view, thought, or opinions of METS or The Office of the Commissioner of Higher Education.
